With advancement in technology comes the need to modernize. The West African Examination Council which is responsible for Basic Education Certification and Senior Secondary or High Certification has over the years made an effort to digitize and automatic the way students prepare for their exams including introducing online learning content and practice tests. The have however been cumbersome in the fact that attempts to monetize these tools and the overall design has been significantly limited. Also the dependence on internet has not been to the advantage of majority of schools and students due to the limited availability of internet and the added cost of an active internet connection.
